The Samue (作 務 衣 ) is the traditional Japanese garment worn by Japanese artisans and monks when doing maintenance work. It is an excellent garment, unisex, work or interior, composed of a jacket and pants set. Meditation or massage practitioners (Shiatsu type) often wear them.
This is the half-season version, in 100% Japanese cotton, with a Kurume weaving type typical of the Fukuoka region.
