Here is some information about shipping and delivery.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging as well as carriage. Handling costs are fixed, while carriage costs vary with the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order: we cannot combine two orders placed separately, and shipping costs apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
Packaging
Because your satisfaction matters to us, we pay special attention to the packaging of your order. All items are checked before shipment and carefully packed so that they reach you in the best possible condition.
Colissimo Expert
For safe and fast delivery, Masamune has chosen Colissimo Expert, insured and delivered against signature.
Products in stock are prepared within 48 to 72 hours after your payment has been approved by our accounting department.
Colissimo provides delivery within 48 to 72 hours in mainland France, and within 5 business days in Europe.
All our shipments are insured for their full value and are handed over only against signature.
If your package arrives damaged, you must state your reservations to the delivery person.
Japan Orders
Custom-made products and Japan Orders (products that are not in stock in our store) are made to order by our suppliers and then shipped to our store.
They are inspected before being shipped to you or picked up by you in store.
Our Japanese suppliers currently have a production lead time of 60 to 120 days.
Returns
Product returns, whether due to a delivery problem (non-delivery, wrong address, etc.) or made under the right of withdrawal, are governed by Articles 13 & 14 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
