These covers are composed of a 'canvas of brown sails', called 'Cha Honuno' 茶帆布.
These sail cloths are a solid canvas weave, guaranteeing durability and durability in use.

Cha Iro 茶色 is the traditional brown color in Japan. It was obtained by a tincture with Bancha 番茶, an old tea with mature leaves, which cooked and dried were dark brown.
