The Hitoe Indigo Aizome Single Wave is the classic indigo jacket for iaido, Koryu and Kendo.
It is a high-end 100% cotton jacket, in single layer, with traditional indigo dye, the famous Aizome.
Made from a classic "Rice grain" fabric, it consists of a single weave thickness of fabric, offering lightness and comfort. As with most jackets of Kendo and Iaido, it is equipped with links, inside and outside, to keep it close and keep a nice presentation.
The Aizome 藍染 is a traditional pre-weaving yarn dyeing process from the Saitama region.
This model will suit traditional and traditional port practitioners, from intermediate to advanced practitioners.
The Indigo Cotton drips naturally, wash separately from other colours. This type of dye requires the Indigo color to be dripped and fixed before first use.
Composition: 100% Cotton (Superior quality)
Shrinkage: about 3% to 5%.
