More informations about this product
The Kabuto Wari 兜割, also known as the "Helmet Breaker", was used on the battlefield to break armor.
Its particular shape with a hook allows an identical use to the jutte, while allowing to slide through the gaps of the armor thanks to its refined tip and its slight curvature.
Kabuto Wari is a much older weapon than Jutte/Jitte, from ancient feudal Muromachi Japan, between 1336 and 1573.
Length: 47cm
